    HOW IT WORKS:

    • You send us all relevant property information, titles, real estate plans, property photos, pinterest boards

    • We have a preliminary phone chat and ascertain what you are wanting to achieve out of the consultation process.

    • We assess your project and plan our meeting.

    • We meet for approximately 2 hours to inspect the home (or the equivalent process via a video conferencing service) and outline your project.

    • We then email you our Masterplan Potential Report for you to consider.

We believe that to create the best outcomes for our clients we need to work with and listen to them. This is where we start the listening. Here we explore the first opportunities and desires for your project.

2.      Design

This phase is where we develop the ideas and design the project. We delve further in understanding how you spend your time, what sets your story apart, and your ideas and desires for your project. By understanding these we can design joyous, personalised, tailored spaces that hold significance for you.

3.      Documentation

We capture your requirements, the construction codes and authority requirements needed for the building permit and construction in a set of technical documents. These documents lead to more accurate contractor quotes, reduce the risk of costly surprises, and lead to better results during construction.

4.      Delivery

During the construction we work together with your, the contractor and consultants to deliver the project.
